History:

Formed in the year of 2003 with operations located in Austin, Texas; C.L.E.E.R. INC was known then as CLERC.  After the formation of the new entity, CLEER Inc's office are in Houston, TX metroplex.  C.L.E.E.R. Inc's principals  have provided 18 years of professional service for Land Acquisition and Field Service industries.
